Welcome to Reveal-AI. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Reveal-AI provides tools to analyze media and text for likely AI generation or manipulation. Results are probabilistic and not guarantees. Use judgment when acting on results.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it. Keep your password safe and let us know about suspicious activity.

3. Subscriptions and tokens

• Subscriptions include a monthly token allowance that resets each billing period. Some subscriptions may allow metered overage billing once the allowance is exceeded.
• Token packs are one‑time purchases that add tokens to your balance. Tokens are consumed by scans as described in the app and Help Center.
• Pay‑as‑you‑go plans are billed per scan at the current rate.
• We may adjust plan features and pricing prospectively. We’ll notify you if changes affect your active plan.

4. Payments and refunds

• Processor: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. See Stripe’s policies: Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.
• Recurring charges: Subscription charges recur each billing period until canceled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Your subscription benefits end upon cancellation, but any remaining tokens in your account (including previously purchased token packs or remaining subscription tokens) remain available to use until they are consumed.
• No refunds: All fees are non‑refundable and non‑creditable, including for partial periods, unused services, or unused tokens, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

• Don’t use Reveal-AI to violate laws, infringe rights, or harass others.
• No automated scraping or abuse of rate limits.
• Only upload or analyze content you have the right to use (content you own, public content, or content you are authorized to analyze).

6. Results and retention

• Probabilistic results: Results are probabilistic signals and are not guarantees. Use your own judgment and consider additional context.
• Retention window: For privacy and storage reasons, past scan results are kept for up to 5 days and then deleted automatically. Original uploads are deleted after processing and are not retained for preview.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVEAL‑AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; cancellation terms above apply to subscriptions.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
